Technical Account Management & DOS Optimization

Technical Account Management & DOS Optimization is an add-on to Health Catalyst’s Technology Access fee. Technical Account Management & DOS Optimization provides clients with a dedicated Technical Account Manager who advises and trains clients on optimization of all Health Catalyst Technology including DOS, Software Applications, Analytics Accelerators and various Third-Party Technology. Technical Account Managers are the client’s single point of contact and named resource for any support related questions or advice.

Technical Account Managers advise clients on best practices and strategies to continually improve DOS operations and processes. They coordinate activities that impact these DOS operations and processes across client teams and Health Catalyst. Technical Account Managers are experts in structuring complex architectures, deploying new software systems, and instructing clients on DOS best practices, optimization of data pipelines and utilizing advanced features of DOS (e.g., APIs, Closed-Loop, Real-time Data, etc.). For clarity, Technical Account Management & DOS Optimization does not include source mart development, which is mapping new or supplementary source marts or tables using Source Mart Designer, nor does it include subject area mart development.
